My formal name is Małgorzata—a bit of a tongue-twister for many—so feel free to call me Gosia. 😉
I live in Kraków, but I was born in (here comes another tongue-twister!) Kędzierzyn-Koźle, in the Opole region. I studied Library and Information Science at the Jagiellonian University and have been working in the field of Polish citizenship since 2012.
I’m one of those people who genuinely enjoys organisation, details, and paperwork (yes, we do exist!). Over the years, I’ve worked on hundreds of citizenship cases, from straightforward applications to more complex family histories. Whatever your situation, I’ll be happy to guide you through every step of the journey towards your Polish passport.
Outside of work, you’ll probably find me watching K-dramas after falling headfirst into the Hallyu (Korean Wave). I also like to think I can dance like BTS—although only when nobody’s watching! 😄 Visiting South Korea is definitely on my bucket list.
I’m also a big fan of Quentin Tarantino’s films (so Quentin, if you’re reading this… maybe don’t rush that “final” movie just yet!) and I can happily spend hours browsing fashion inspiration.

I was born in Kraków, but currently I live in Warsaw. There is a traditional rivalry between these two Polish cities, however at this point in my life I’ve learned how to love each of them. 🙂
I have master degrees in History and Portuguese Studies. I’m kind of a bookworm and I grew up reading anything I could: J.R.R. Tolkien, L.M. Montgomery, A. Christie, T. Pratchett, S. Márai, N. Gaiman (and more!). I still enjoy fantasy and belles-lettres. I love art. I play RPGs.
I’ve been dealing with the archives since my studies, and I’ve been working in the field of Polish citizenship since 2018. During the archival searches I feel like a detective who has to compose a complete picture from incomplete facts. When I read old family documents, I cherish the stories they tell me. This is a part of the procedure I enjoy the most, but I also have a lot of experience with handling Polish citizenship cases for citizens of South American countries: analyzing Argentinian or Brazilian documents is not a challenge for me.
