If your spouse is not of Polish ancestry, it is not possible to get Polish citizenship confirmation for him / her. However, it is possible to get it for your children and grandchildren. Plus, there are other ways of getting Polish citizenship for your spouse, but they include conditions like: living in Poland for a few years and passing the Polish language test.
